Support Our engineer provides friendly and informative advice on many issues which you may have. These can be hardware or software problems. On some occasions it is possible to talk you through steps to check the fault yourself or provide a solution based on the information you provide. It is also sometimes possible to give advice over the phone on whether or not it is a repairable job. This can be achieved by the amount of detail you can provide our engineer using a process of elimination. Most products, machines or systems have issues that occur on a regular basis so it is possible to know with a certain amount of confidence what the problem may be and/or the solution. This gives you the advantage of making a decision of whether or not you feel it is a viable option to take time out to pursue the repair.
We have an hourly call out rate which is available on request, however we have a no fix no fee policy if we are unable to find a solution if you bring your machine in to us. (This policy is based on work not exceeding 2 hours, assessment beyond this time does not qualify for no fix, no fee). |
